“Revolução” é o mais recente livro de Arturo Peréz-Reverte lançado em Portugal. A obra de ficção aborda a revolução mexicana no início do século XX, através do olhar de um engenheiro de minas espanhol.
Emiliano Zapata e Pancho Villa foram dois dos heróis da Revolução Mexicana no início do século XX, o cenário escolhido pelo escritor natural de Cartagena para o seu livro.
O protagonista é Martin Garret Ortiz, um engenheiro espanhol de minas que se vê arrastado pelos acontecimentos.
Arturo Peréz-Reverte foi jornalista de guerra mais de 20 anos. Agora através da literatura, aborda o lado humano dos grandes eventos históricos, onde questiona o certo e o errado, o poder e a justiça.
