O Tribunal Administrativo de Círculo de Lisboa “acolheu provisoriamente” a providência cautelar do Automóvel Club de Portugal (ACP), assim como decretou algumas medidas que tanto duas empresas como a Câmara Municipal de Lisboa deverão tomar.
Em comunicado publicado no site do ACP esta quarta-feira, os responsáveis explicam que a providência em causa “visa impedir o funcionamento de painéis luminosos de grandes dimensões, já instalados, bem como não permitir a instalação de novos painéis desta natureza que, claramente são um fator de distração à condução e um risco enorme para a segurança de todos, condutores e peões”.
Em relação às empresas, JC Decaux e MOP, o tribunal apontou que estas devem “adotar as medidas necessárias para desligar os painéis publicitários já instalados e se inibam de proceder à instalação de novos painéis”.
“Em relação à Câmara de Lisboa, o tribunal decretou provisoriamente que se iniba de permitir a instalação de novos painéis publicitários”, remata a nota da ACP.
Em causa está a instalação de até 125 painéis de publicidade digital de grande formato.
