A Polícia Judiciária anunciou, na segunda-feira, a detenção de Fábio Loureiro, recluso que, há um mês, foi um dos protagonistas da fuga da cadeia de Vale de Judeus, em Alcoentre.
Um juiz de Marrocos validou a detenção de Fábio Loureiro, um dos cinco reclusos que fugiu da cadeia de Vale de Judeus, e ordenou a prisão temporária na cadeia de Tânger.
O fugitivo de Vale de Judeus aguarda transferência para a prisão de Rabat, a 250 quilómetros.
Na terça-feira, o advogado de Fábio Loureiro adiantou à SIC que o recluso ia opor-se à extradição para Portugal. O recluso, que foi capturado um mês após a fuga, não quererá cumprir pena no país de origem.
A Polícia Judiciária (PJ) anunciou, esta segunda-feira, a detenção de Fábio Loureiro, recluso que, há um mês, foi um dos protagonistas da fuga da cadeia de Vale de Judeus, em Alcoentre.
Fábio Loureiro estava a viver em Tânger, em casa de um outro português, que o estava a ajudar e, que também foi detido. Foi apanhado numa operação que envolveu as autoridades marroquinas, em colaboração com as autoridades espanholas e em articulação com a Polícia Judiciária portuguesa.
O recluso está condenado pelos crimes de rapto, tráfico de estupefacientes, associação criminosa, roubo à mão armada e evasão e deveria agora ser extraditado para Portugal para cumprir o resto da pena.
